Fishing

Our fishing services are available in the Nurmes and also in the Koli National Park. We are fishing sustainably and we are supporting the improvement of the extinct landlocked salmon population of Saimaa. When fishing wildfish you must take notice of the fact that the catch is not always guaranteed. At the end of the fishing trip we want to offer You the acquired catch of the day fully handled and packed to take home. We are member of the Finnish fishing guide association.

Everyone attending the fishing trip must provide themsel- ves with the state fisheries management fees. If needed, we will help with providing this. (under 18 years old and over 65 years old people do not need to pay the fee)

The departures mainly start from the harbour of Nurmes. On challenging weathers the starting point is decided according to the situation.

In advance with the customer we’ll choose the type of fish to catch (zander, pike, trout or salmon) and the type of fishing (jig, spoon bait or traditional lure fishing)

For the trips it is also possible to purchase food services, which are handled on case-by-case basis.
